• Returns: You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in original condition.
• Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
• Exclusions: Certain items, such as opened software or personalized products, may not be eligible for return.

Processing and Shipping Time

Models that are in stock will be dispatched within 48-72 hours from our warehouse. Used and second-hand miners will be shipped within 5-7 days. We thoroughly test all used miners before they are sent out. Shipping will be carried out via DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, and similar carriers. You will receive a tracking number within 24-48 hours after your order has shipped from our facility. Typically, shipments take 5-10 days to arrive at their destination worldwide from using express shipping. We will keep you informed about your order status via email.

Support & Warranty

All brand-new miners come with a 180-day manufacturer’s warranty. Our technical support team is available 24/7 to assist you with any issues through TeamViewer.

Taxes and Custom Duties

We offer a DDP (door-to-door) service to countries including the USA, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Russia, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, UAE, Malaysia, Thailand, and others. We manage customs and door-to-door operations in the buyer’s country, so there are no import duties or customs fees to pay with our DDP service. Buyers must manually request this service by contacting [email protected]. For countries not included in the DDP service, we can help minimize your tax burden by providing a lower invoice for shipping.

Packing and Shipping

All miners come with the appropriate power supply unit (PSU) and original packaging from the manufacturer. We place “FRAGILE” stickers on all sides of the boxes to ensure they are handled with care during transit.
